Leadership program

From chaos to structure.

From stagnation to enthusiasm.

From confusion to clarity.

Hi there! I’m really glad you stopped by.

How about we talk leadership for a moment? To me, being a leader means supporting others in their growth. But before we show up for others, it’s important to pause and take care of ourselves first. That’s exactly what this space is for—a gentle invitation to explore and strengthen your own leadership style, one that’s aligned with who you are and how you connect with those around you.

Take a look around and see what resonates with you.

Manager and Leader

Have you ever noticed how, these days, the role of a manager is often set against that of a leader? In a world that’s changing more quickly than ever and with teams’ needs constantly evolving, it’s worth pausing to ask ourselves how we want to work together—and what truly drives us in our day-to-day challenges.

A manager’s focus is on tasks and processes: keeping deadlines on track, delivering results, setting KPI targets, and making sure efficiency improves every single day. Their superpower lies in precision, consistency, and the courage to make swift decisions that keep everything running smoothly.

A leader, on the other hand, inspires, points the way forward, and creates a space where everyone feels safe to share their ideas. They listen first, honor the team’s values, and ensure that each piece of work carries real meaning. Rather than simply reacting to change, they spark it—with enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine belief in every person’s potential.

You might think a manager’s strength is a firm hand, while a leader offers only gentle support. The truth is, the most successful teams need both: clear rules and structure to guide their work, alongside freedom and encouragement that fuel creativity and mutual care.

If you’d like to discover how to embrace both approaches and learn to blend them harmoniously, I invite you to join my online coaching sessions—designed to help you stand out as a leader of tomorrow (a meta-leader), wisely guiding both goals and people.

For over 20 years, I’ve worn out a fair share of office chairs and laptops—mostly in the world of IT, where every project feels like a mission and deadlines can be tougher than production bugs.

I’ve held all kinds of roles, from the most hands-on to those involving real responsibility for people and results. I popped champagne bottles, but I also put out fires and went through incidents that caught the attention of senior management.

All of this shaped my experience. Today, I combine it with coaching tools to help others discover their own leadership style. If you’re looking to navigate the world of teams and organizations with more ease, awareness, and authenticity—I’d love to be your lighthouse on that journey. No big speeches, just real support (and a touch of humor).

You’re warmly invited to join a program where we combine practical techniques for growing leadership skills with deeper work around your values and team dynamics. Our process includes both individual and group sessions, and along the way we’ll explore:

  • Systemic constellations for organizations — revealing hidden connections and patterns

  • Visualizations from analytical coaching — tools that help bring clarity and insight

This is a space for thoughtful exploration, real growth, and leadership that feels true to who you are.

Your takeaways

  • Deep self-awareness of your values and leadership style

  • Practical tools to handle team challenges with confidence

  • The ability to adapt your actions flexibly in times of change
